Tuesday and Thursday
Pre-K-3rd grade 6pm-7pm
4th-6th grade 7pm-8:30pm
Tournaments
Tournaments are optional, but strongly encouraged! A coach will not be present at every tournament. We will let you know ahead of time which tournaments a coach will be present at.

Singlets
Singlets are not required, but are available to "rent" for the season. If you choose to "rent" a singlet, you'll be charged $75 up front. When you return your singlet, you'll be refunded $75.
T-shirts and athletic shorts/pants can be worn at practices and tournaments.
Extra Costs
If your wrestler will be participating in tournaments, you'll need to renew or purchase their MNUSA membership. The cost is $55. The link to renew/purchase the membership is https://www.usawmembership.com/login
Volunteering
Each family will be required to volunteer a minimum of 8 hours of time per wrestler (maximum of 12 per family).
If your volunteer hours are not fulfilled by March 11th then your payment method at registration will be charged $300.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should my child wear to practices?
Wrestlers should wear athletic shorts/pants, t-shirts and socks.
Wrestling shoes and headgear are not required, but are strongly recommended.
What is wrestling hygiene?
Wrestling is a contact sport and health and hygiene should be a priority!
- Take a shower immediately after wrestling practice and tournaments
- Keep fingernails trimmed
- Do not wear your wrestling shoes on the street
- Do not wear your street shoes on the wrestling mats
