TOURNAMENTS
Tournaments are optional, but strongly encouraged! A coach will not be present at every tournament. We will let you know ahead of time which tournaments a coach will be present at.

SINGLETS
Singlets are not required, but are available to borrow for the season. If you choose to borrow a singlet and it's not returned at the end of the season, you will be charged $75.
T-shirts and athletic shorts/pants can be worn at practices and tournaments.
VOLUNTEERING
Each family will be required to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours of time per wrestler (maximum of 8 per family).
We ask that you volunteer 4 hours at our Regional Tournament February 20th 2027.
If your volunteer hours are not fulfilled by February 21st then your payment method at registration will be charged $150.
What should my child wear to practices?
Wrestlers should wear athletic shorts/pants, t-shirts and socks.
Wrestling shoes and headgear are not required, but are strongly recommended.
What is wrestling hygiene?
Wrestling is a contact sport and health and hygiene should be a priority!
- Take a shower immediately after wrestling practice and tournaments
- Keep fingernails trimmed
- Do not wear your wrestling shoes on the street
- Do not wear your street shoes on the wrestling mats

The 2nd half of the season is for the beginner Prek-2nd graders that want to continue until March 14th.
ALSO, all Middle School kids looking to keep practicing for MNUSA state tournament.
